Health Passport Officers

Hello my name is Peter and I am a Health Passport Officer.

At Talkback we have worked very hard to make sure that we are doing the things that people told us to do about Health Passports.

We have updated some of the pages of the Health Passport and we have added new information to it.   

We have been giving out the new Health Passport to people with a learning disability in Buckinghamshire.

We are also visiting places like doctors surgeries and hospitals to tell healthcare staff more about Health Passports and their use by people with a learning disability.

We are talking to people like doctors and nurses.
